Rakia "Zdanje", 2000 This plum spirit i.e., slivovitz was made at the end of the last century in the private archives of a Valjevo household. It was aging in two types of oak barrels before it was transferred into stainless steel containers. Its last ripening was performed in very old oak barrels. "Zdanje" is the plum brandy distilled to an alcohol level of 43.5 degrees. This is the limited series and the first batch includes 3500 bottles, while the second one will be a little bigger. Its taste is very unique and rare, with the presence of vanilla and chocolate flavors. Fill your glass with "Zdanje" and make a toast! Cheers!
